The Southport Antique Mall (SAM) is kicking off the holiday shopping season with loads of savings during their Semi-Annual Storewide Sale featuring discounts up to fifty percent off. Southport Antique Mall Hosts Indoor Trick or Treat Event With Multi-Stop Trick-or-Treat Trail
Indianapolis, Indiana (October 14, 2014) – Southport Antique Mall (SAM) will be hosting their second annual ‘All Hallow’s Eve’ this October 31st from 4:00pm until 7:00pm. The community is invited to join them for a not-so-spooky ghoulishly good time! There will be bat-loads of fun activities including a trick-or-treat trail, games, a costume contest and the very popular scavenger hunt will be back! Southport Antique Mall is proud to provide an indoor, weatherproof, safe alternative for families and children to celebrate Halloween. Trick-or-Treaters and their families will be bewitched by all the mischievous fun of All Hallow’s Eve.

Southport Antique Mall Hosting Outdoor Vintage Marketplace and Art With Heart Fundraiser Visit the only indoor and outdoor shopping experience in Central Indiana
Indianapolis, Ind. Southport Antique Mall (SAM) is excited to have brought the first vintage marketplace to the Southside of Indianapolis. The Southside Vintage Marketplace offers guests a unique open-air shopping experience featuring over 25 vintage vendors, food trucks and music provided by guest DJs. This admission-free family friendly event will be a shopper’s paradise. Shopper’s can browse everything from one-of-kind artwork, hand-made goods and repurposed items to traditional vintage fare. In addition they can shop Southport Antique Mall’s over 30,000 indoor square feet of retro, vintage and antiques finds. The Marketplace has already developed quite the following and is quickly becoming a vintage lovers must do.
The August 9th show is all about sharing the love of the arts with the next generation. Art With A Heart, an Indianapolis based non-profit that brings art to children in need, will be a part of the Marketplace. They will be selling art created by their students and will host some family-centered hands on activities. Guests will be able to learn about all of the programming Art With a Heart has to offer. There will be many opportunities to support Art With a Heart throughout the day including a fun raffle and other surprises.
The Southside Vintage Marketplace strives to offer the Southside of Indianapolis more creative, enjoyable, and Earth friendly shopping options. The Marketplace is held the second Saturday of every month from 9am-4pm April through October. The Marketplace will be located in Southport Antique Mall’s West parking lot. Art With a Heart is a non-profit organization founded in 2002 with the vision that all students benefit from a high quality art education. Art With a Heart serves Central Indiana providing education-based enrichment programs for summer and after school providers. Also the organization provides in school art programming from an innovative arts-based learning program for kindergarteners to contract art teaching. SOUTHPORT, Indiana (February 13, 2014) –Southport Antique Mall (SAM) presents a Women’s Night of Whimsy a benefit for the Julian Center, March 9th, 6-9pm. SAM will be offering a private night of free wine tasting, pop-up stores, exclusive access to our over 30,000 square feet of antique shopping, and more for women and their girlfriends! Wine, sweet treats from Scout’s Treat Truck, and entrees from Three Blind Mice are also available for purchase! The evening will also feature the grand opening of Gypsy Vintage, the new vintage clothing and accessories shop within Southport Antique Mall, and a silent auction.
Tickets are available for purchase online for $5 or at the door for $8. Half of the proceeds for ticket sales and a 100% of the silent auction proceeds go to support the Julian Center. Attendees will gain access to a uniquely curated shopping experience. November 9th , Throwback Threads day, will feature special vintage fashion themed events from 12-3pm. Throwback Threads will feature a roving vintage fashion show, food trucks (Pierogi Love Indy, Citizen Hash, and Scout’s Treat Truck), and will be a bus stop for Indy’s first mobile fashion boutique Retro 101 and Genie’s Closet Indy’s newest fashion truck. Customers are invited to dress in vintage attire as well; the first ten customers dressed in vintage attire will be given a special discount. However with discounts up to 50% off even customers wearing modern fashion will find big savings.
